WharfMA Ramadan Iftar Appeal 2009 

Following the iftar on Monday, alhumdulilah £40,00 was
pledged for the victims of the Swat Valley conflict
in Pakistan. For details, please visit the Islamic

As we enter the last few days of Ramadan and on the
eve of the 27th night, which could be the Night of
Decree (Lailatul-Qadr), take advantage of the rewards
of more than "thousand months" (Quran Al-Qadr 97: 1-5)
and help us to complete our appeal.

Aisha (ra) said: “O Messenger of Allah! What if I knew
which night Lailatul-Qadr was, then what should I say
in it?” He (saw) said :

“Say. Allahumma innaka ‘affuwwun tuhibbul
‘afwa fa’fu ‘annee". [Tirmithi, Ibn Majah]

O Allah You are The One Who pardons greatly,
and loves to pardon, so pardon me.”.
